Hi everyone. We hope you're having an amazing summer so far. 

This is just a quick update to keep you in the loop regarding where we are with the books. 

We are hard at work completing both Colorpedia 3 and Mastering Facial Anatomy & Expressions. We are super happy with how they are turning out and believe these are the best books in the series yet.  

For those of you who backed the Digital Editions of Volumes 1 & 2 — those books will be going out next week. We will post another update when those digital editions go live. We will also be sending out the surveys to collect shipping fees at that time.

We Did It! Another Successful Colorpedia Campaign!

You did it! Because of all your support, we've had another successful Colorpedia campaign! 

We want to thank everyone who pledged and shared the campaign. And thank you so much to everyone who wrote sweet and encouraging comments. It's a real pleasure to hear how much you're all digging this series and how helpful the books have been in your art careers. 

We love making these books and believe they are some of the coolest art books in the world. And your support helps us to continue making these one-of-a-kind educational art resources. 

We may take a bit of a pause from the Colorpedia series after this volume. But we will continue to make educational art books. We have many ideas for what we might do next, but we're totally open to suggestions if you want to see us make something in particular.  Please feel free to share your ideas in the comments below. 

STRETCH GOALS 

You unlocked a total of 9 incredible stretch goals! Congratulations! We were lucky enough to attach some really cool additions and some mainstream IPs to this volume which is super cool for us. We've also added something that a lot of you have been asking for: a physical index of all three volumes. Regardless of which book you backed in this campaign, all physical pledges will receive that item. 

As our second last stretch goal, we were lucky enough to have attached a package of content, including the line art and a digital pdf of Savage Sasquanaut by Wes Hartman / Cosmic Root Studios.  This is a great opportunity to compare your color work with the professionally colored version you will receive.

 That's it for now. IF you also backed Pixels Forever, we are about to release the digital versions of those books this week, so keep an eye out for that. We will, of course, update on that campaign as well. 

We just want to say thank you again for all the support. These books aren't just textbooks but a celebration of art. That's why we always include a featured artists section; to showcase some of the incredibly talented artists we have had the good fortune to collaborate with. We hope you learn lots from the books and have a ton of fun in the process. 

We will continue to keep you updated during the campaign’s production, printing, and fulfillment parts.

Colorpedia 3 is Coming to a Close!

Hey everyone, 

Just a quick reminder that the campaign is almost over! We can't believe it's gone by so fast. The support and the kind comments have been overwhelming and, of course, deeply appreciated. 

We might not do another Colorpedia book for a while because we are interested in exploring some other ideas, so this might be your last chance to grab whatever copies of these books you want, for a bit. 

We haven't decided what to do with Mastering Facial Anatomy and Expressions (but it may end up being a campaign exclusive), so this could be your last chance to grab that title. 

We Unlocked Yet Another Stretch Goal Yesterday!

The line art, covers, script, and a complete digital copy for Happy Hill #1! A fantastic series from the team over at Comixtribe with color by Chris Sotomayor (DC, MARVEL, IMAGE). 

Their newest campaign for the series just launched today. You can get caught up and scoop the entire series there. We highly recommend this project. Here's the link to the campaign:

Nearly 1200 backers have helped us reach an incredible number of $130, 000 cad. thanks so much to everyone who have already backed! 

We've unlocked 3 really cool stretch goals and we are about to unlock a 4th. (which is really 4 & 5) 

Vampirella gothic part 1 issues 6 & 7 comes courtesy of the very talented Andy Belanger. If you're not familiar with Andy's work he's worked on tons of IP which we are sure you're all familiar with. 

In fact Andy has a kickstarter for his indie hit Mother Trucker live right now.  Check out the campaign below.

Thanks to all of you, we had the best first day launch of any of our campaigns! We know many of you are long time backers and we want to say we trully appreciate your ongoing support and belief in these books. It really means a lot to us. So thank you! 

Those of you who are first time backers, Welcome! After the campaign is completed you will get an invite to our backers only facebook group, where you can share your work and participate in some of our painting, coloring and pixel art contests. 

This is our shortest campaign ever. only 24 days. So it's going to go by really fast. Please feel free to leave a kind comment in our comments section or share the project with someone you know who wants to get better at digital art.
