We currently don't have shipping prices entered for physical rewards in BackerKit. We plan to wait until closer to fulfillment to enter & charge you for the physical items on your survey to get the most accurate/fair fulfillment prices. We will update backers after entering those shipping prices before we charge you in BackerKit. Pricing estimates can be found 2 thirds down the campaign page.

Just a quick update to you let you know that our survey smoke test just went out. That means 5% of backers will get their survey right now. Assuming all goes well with that (it will) the rest of the surveys will be released tomorrow morning.
When you get your survey you will have an opportunity to add additional items to your order. We won't be locking orders for awhile so you will be able to purchase any of our books while the pre-sale remains open.
Sorry it took a week longer to get these out than what we announced. We actually weren't planning on sending these out yet but some backers have been asking about getting the digital editions of 1 & 2, so we wanted to push up the survey release date to accommodate that. We will be releasing those digital items next week and will post an update explaining that once it happens.
This always seems to cause a lot of confusion, so we just want to be clear, what we will be releasing next week are the digital editions of Colorpedia 1 & 2 and also the digital editions of Pixels Forever, for those of you who added those to your order. We are NOT releasing the digital editions of Colorpedia 3 yet.
We are hard at working finishing these books and if you've been a long time supporter of the series I think you're going to agree this is our best set of books yet :)
